I started Happy Girl Lifestyle during one of the hardest chapters of my life.
In 2022, I was deep in my mental health journey, navigating anxiety and OCD while undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments. My dad came with me to every single session, offering unwavering support.
One day after a treatment, he looked at me and said, “That’s my Happy Girl.” It was the first time in a long time I’d smiled—really smiled—without forcing it. That moment became everything.
What started as a small act of hope turned into something bigger. The hand drawn imperfect happy face was stitched onto a cap representing that no one is perfect but we can all find happiness..
